Membership fees are surprisingly low, with fees about one-third to one-half of other major lodging chains and channels. Annual fees are tied to the number of hotel rooms and hotel type – not to a percentage of gross rooms, F&B and onsite revenue. Booking fees apply per reservation and are one of the lowest available commission rates across the industry.
For new members, applicable fees are discussed prior to joining and clearly outlined within proposals and agreements.
We offer an initial membership contract term of three years and then rolling annual renewals – not the long-term lock-in common with other chains. Owners enjoy the benefits of branded services, while maintaining decision making flexibility.
Across the world, 99% of our Members renew their agreements annually. Unlike other hotel brands, we’re not for profit. We re-invest earnings into strengthening the brand, promoting individual hotels and increasing revenue contributions.
